I will repeat it, with the important points highlighted. I think that the state killing people leads to innocent people being killed, and I think that is unjust. *I didn't say that there was anything wrong with killing people who are actually guilty* (I might think that, but I haven't said it, or the converse, because that would just be my personal opinion on how serious or otherwise some crimes are), *All I have claimed is that, in practice, the system of state executions doesn't work. It is too prone to error and abuse.* There may be other things wrong with it - for example, it may have bad psychological effects on the population - but again I haven't claimed that as part of my argument. *It is uncivilised because it leads to the death of innocent people.* I hope that is clear enough for you to address my actual position in any future replies. So, in summary I have presented a coherent, logical argument, which you have ignored.
