I went from 5.5 on NT4 NT 4 Domain to 2003 exchange and AD upgrade. I upgraded to 2003 AD in one sat.
Left 2003 AD running for 2 weeks to make sure AD/DNS was ok. Then did built an exhange 2003, migrated blackberry server, all mailboxes etc in one more Saturday. Its not that bad.
