What's the 8 hours based on? Is the server build part of it? Is the AD/Exchange directory cleanup part of it? Is the ADC configuration part of it? Is the Public Folder store part of it? Is the backup before and after part of it? Is the Exchange security lockdown part of it? How much data is there?
