Maybe you did something wrong in the process. You should review your ADC setup. If all else fails you can use the Exchange Migration Wizard.

However, the Exchange 2000 server and the Exchange 5.5. server are both listed in the same site and organization under the Exchange 5.5. administrator program. The Exchange 2000 server was formerly a Windows NT PDC that has been upgraded to Windows 2000 AD and has Exchange 2000 installed. If you select, "Exchange Tasks" on these accounts, Move Mailbox is not an option. I read somewhere that this is because the Active Directory Connector is not installed, but it is installed. There must be some minimum requirements for this to work? Example.. must the Exchange 2000 server must be in the same Exchange Organization as the 5.5. server?
