I've come to expect that with Windows and Exchange 2000 some of this
replication stuff happens when it happens.

Strange thing is, I had installed Exchange 2000 and service pack 2, but
still the mailbox move was not an available choice.

The only additional thing I had done was setup a two way connector with
the ADC. Still no command on the menu.

The last thing I had done was right click the new ADC agreement and
select replicate now... oh well, live and learn I guess.
