Ed, thanks for your reply.

After talking to our local Exchange guru... here is the SIMPLE thing I was
doing wrong.

Not using the Active Directory Users and Computers tool that came with
Exchange, instead, I was using the tool that came with Windows 2000!

If I use the correct one, I DO get the Move Mailbox as a choice under
"Exchange Tasks."

Now that my lab appears setup properly, I have to see if I can make the
mailbox move work from a script or program.

He also mentioned that I may need to be in Native Active Directory mode for
it to work. Right now, the setup is in mixed mode because there is still a
Windows NT server in the picture.
