Just wondering if you recall where you saw the unfavorable reviews for SpamTitan?
I am running that as a VM here with about 200 mailboxes and over the last few years I've had few problems and good results. Two support incidents were fixed remotely by their tech support. I am running a single machine (non-clustered) with only one domain and one mail server.
