One of our racers got 1 helluva deal on a 493 off of ebay today and it wasnt me. I figure when I am ready to jump into the rotax game, I will go with a 494. I was "watching" a 493 in the last 24 hours and someone bought it on a buy it now status for a paltry $505. Not bad! Obviously, the seller was unaware of our lust for these engines. It probably could have gone for double that. Congrats to the new owner.
