Alternatively, we could apply this quality standard to the most  
important modules only. Stuff like XML, the HTTP server, Unicode,  
calendar, pegs, database access, etc.

I'm open to having experimental stuff be in the repository for sure,  
I just want the important stuff to be in good shape, so that someone  
new to Factor can sit down and crank out their CRUD-based web app  
with minimal effort, etc.
