He needs a balance of healthy fats, protein, and
carbohydrates. His problem is he's been on the
movement's no-protein diet for too many years. Give
him the same poor diet, but less of it, and he'll just
join the myriad number of late sidhas whos bodies gave
up in their 40s and 50s.
