An angry person (usually high pitta) can calm that with cooling mantras
and of course diet and herbs. As we know high pitta types though often
love the stimulation they get from pitta imbalancing things. I think
how many of my friends love to go for Indian food that is hot and spicy
and yet they are basically pitta types! :-D

And of course one should not repress anger. People have to learn to
work through that.

Different mantras can give different "post" effects. One very commonly
known mantra given in books that I practiced for a while gave me a very
blissy experience in activity and far more than TM ever did. Of course
we don't need a bunch of wuusy bliss ninnies either. ;-)
