You're the expert on that sorta nomenclature, so I leave it up to you. I'm sorry but whatever site I found the "cutting and burning" stuff on has rolled off of my Recently Closed Folders list. My memory is that it was way, way, way down in one of the comments on the Chi-ting website that someone posted a link to yesterday, but it could have been somewhere else. I did a lot of searching on this last night because I'm interested in "spiritual teacher suicides," so it could have been anywhere. I know that it wasn't a direct link from either Google or Yahoo; I had to dig WAY down and click a number of other links on the Google-found page to discover it. Or I could have misread it. Searching a couple of long Comments pages on Chi-ting today, I find refer- ences to her body being scarred by diabetes. But I could have sworn someone mentioned the self- mutilation thang on one of the sites, and as I remember it was from several years back, not recent. I'm sure more stuff will come out soon, from many sources. What I fully expect to happen with some of the TB sources is what happened with Rama; some devotees will claim that her suicide was some kind of noble sacrifice. A few will probably claim that she was an example of spontaneous human combustion or something similarly miraculous.
