Good, well you trigger many of mine too. Of course, shock therapy works for me so far and I use it as an opportunity to heal, because if not now, then when? And, I can't explain why I usually end up laughing (not at others) for my poor sad self...almost always, in fact, which turns out, is also quite healing. Who knew?
