Just the other day, Petra spoke at the mic at a dome experience meeting to say
how much better program is when she goes to bed early, and people are coming up
to her to thank her for inspiring them to get to bed earlier. One thing I've
learned along the way is that a significant part of a hangover is simply having
stayed up until the wee hours of the morning to do the drinking. As far off the
program as I am WRT TM, I'm generally in bed by 9pm, either lights off or
reading a book or magazine, as needed, until I'm sleepy. It's rare that I'm not
fast asleep at 10pm.
