Well, since you asked - like every thing else its a matter of taste and preference - most of the gluten free breads are made with rice flour which has a grainy texture. For someone who has celiac disease theres not much choice. It is kind of pricey, but what ain't these days - Trader Joe's has decent prices for their breads.
