Vaccinating FeLV+ kittens is far more dangerous than neutering them. However, since they would be indoor cats anyway, no danger of impregnating any females, I don’t see any real reason for neutering them. If one considers that their lives would not be that long, if they already exhibit symptoms, the only thing that could happen is that they might start spraying and have very stinky urine.

But honestly, they vaccinated him with core vaccines AND Felv, and I think that is what started him on his downward spiral. I didn't ask for that either. But I agree that it would have been much more stressful for him to stay intact.
