As a matter of fact, using a low bitrate is the best deterrent to improper downloading or saving of the audio files.

I find that 128 is acceptable enough to listen to in order to get a good idea of how the music sounds but is poor enough that I certainly wouldn't save it and listen to it over and over again.

And even lower is less likely to be saved/downloaded and shared.

One important thing for Andrew to remember in deciding what to do with the audio stuff is that not everybody is on broadband and that the audio file should be small enough to be fairly reasonable for modem users or folks who have to pay by the minute to want to take the time to download.
