That's the way I feel about it(preferring Speedy, I mean), but to see some of the Finale guys use Simple Entry to enter notes, articulations, and dynamics, all in one pass, is to understand that Simple Entry can be really fast for those who know it well. What stops me from using it is the necessity to choose duration before pitch. My mind doesn't work that way, and attempts to retrain it have been more troublesome than productive.
