I can't find anything related to "update multimeasure rests" in the menus. I tried update layout, but didn't fix it. The part already has several multimeasure rest, so I guess it doesn't make sense to chose "Create multimeasure rests for part/score". There is actually one 9-bar multimeasure rest missing.
