What really hurts about the upgrade price is that it's the same as a crossgrade price from a competitor's product, so people who have never used Finale before but who have used Sibelius pay only the same amount that we faithful Finale users pay for this new(?) version of Finale. How's that for corporate loyalty to its customers? -- David H.
