This doesn't have anything to do with using --build-as-nobody, which is
really set up to keep packages from dropping files directly into the
filesystem, and doesn't take effect until you actually start generating
files from a build.

I assume that there are additional tests run on a .info file in
maintainer mode (-m) versus using "fink validate foo.info".
