Yeah, it looks like that .deb is broken; 2924k is quite tiny. For 10.10 I show
$ ls -l
/sw/var/cache/apt/archives/texlive-texmf_0.20140525-1_darwin-x86%5f64.deb
-rw-r--r-- 1 root admin 975431474 Jan 6 06:23
/sw/var/cache/apt/archives/texlive-texmf_0.20140525-1_darwin-x86%5f64.deb
I’m not sure if the .deb is in the middle of being uploaded or a script just
gave up—the binary distribution is built on a different machine than where it
is hosted.
My best recommendation would be to build it on your own machine via “fink
—no-use-b install texlive-texmf”.
