You all seem to have the ssl flavor installed
How do you come to that conclusion?and are now trying to install the packages without ssl.

and so on, where kdelibs3-dev that had been compiled could not be installed due to conflicts with bundle-kde-ssl.dpkg-deb -b root-kdelibs3-dev-3.1-1
Then there must be some bug where something you are upgrading depends on kdelibs3 and not on the coice of kdelibs3|kdelibs3-ssl.'fink selfupdate-cvs' followed by 'fink update-all' is all I've done. I used to have a perfectly functional bundle-kde-ssl.Why this is so, I don't know. Did you just "fink update-all"?
Until this bug is found, you should be able to proceed using not "fink update-all", but first "fink install bundle-kde-ssl". This should update the kdelibs3-*-ssl and kdebase3-*-ssl packages. Then a later update-all might work.
