In fact, I have seen it, too. You have to "fink remove kde-icons-crystal". I think it doesn't exist any more, its contents are now included in the kdelibs3 package. Fink is not intelligent enough to understand this situation.
There seems to be a chain of dependencies there: kdeartwork3 depends on kde-icons-crystal, and kde-bundle-ssl in turn depends on kdeartwork3. Trying to remove kde-icons produced many messages like the following, which looks like a separate fault:

dpkg - warning: while removing kde-icons-crystal, directory `/sw/share/icons/Crystal/64x64/mimetypes' not empty so not removed.


There will probably be other cases like this further on.
That wouldn't surprise me at all. Perhaps it's best to leave it for now.
