Sorry to create the confusion, but I refined the feature request a bit:

Would it be possible to reduce the clutter by killing the submenus
from the buddys part, and making clicking on a Budy directly open a
budy window?

I think that simplicity in the user interface is needed and is not
there in the dockmenu. :)
