I agree with Al. The per page activation is a little weird especially when I don't think I changed a page but firebug does. I'd love it to just be per top level domain. So if I turn it on for example.com/index.html it will stay open for any page inside of example.com, such as test.example.com/test.html or example.com/index.php.
