Sometimes. However I do a lot of work with services that operate over
multiple domains. eg: www.domainA.example.org accessing
services.domainB.example.com.  The links I follow might be to another
domain entirely eg: www.domainC.example.net - but then code on domainC
is calling back to domainB, and I need to be able to (if an error
occurrs) pop up the panel and figure out what service call went bad.
