This is an old topic that has been hashed and rehashed in various forms
over and over on the list over the years. Anyone looking in the archives
should note this is bogus. Anyone aware of a not to distant action whence
a dean of a religious institution was canned for porn on his
desktioop/laptop box from the school will also note this is bogus. If it
belongs to the company and you put something on/in it, the company has a
right to claim it, and or use it against you.
legalities do not often coincide with the fanstasies of what we'd like to
believe to be truths...
Thanks,

OK, so you're a Ph.D. Just don't touch anything.
