I said I was going home. It is where I lived. Not till I found a new place
to live, did it become my parents house.

No, you can't. The government can "forcibly" buy back any property it deems
fit. That is how much of the freeway expansion occurs.
When you rent a car, can someone come and check it at night to see whether

Yes. They can. It isn't your car, it is theirs.
I think you have a hard time respecting other peoples property laws, while
at the same time expecting everyone to respect yours...
