I do not wear a helmet and never plan to. I survived my childhood riding a bike without a helmet and will survive my later years in life without wearing a helmet. I feel that you cannot go through life protecting yourself form every possible accident that can happen. That is why they call them accidents. Next thing we may start doing is suing the saddle makers because we fell off our horse. Now I am not against those who wish to wear a helmet and if I was racing or jumping or doing endurance, I would wear one. Sorry, but for pleasure riding, I choose to go without. OK off of the soap box I go. I am just tired of big brother (government) protecting me from everything. -- "Built FJORD tough" Carol M. On Golden Pond
