Allow me to politely disagree. I don't see it as spam at all. The job posting was for an AS3 developer. If you are not interested, just delete it and move on. I think this forum is a good place for well-targeted job postings. We are a good collection of Flash/Flex programmers, and some of us are looking for jobs or contracts. Job postings could be very beneficial to a lot of us. If we had a barrage of irrelevant job postings, that would be a problem. I'm only seeing maybe one or two a week, though. I see little harm in that.
