Whatever the legalities, changing the text between Active (Yellow), Standby (Grey), and Transmit or just Trans (Red) would be an excellent idea. It is better human factors to describe things as they really are. If nothing else, people won't be surprised to find the rig still on when you "power off" as you "do" today.
