Now I fully understand your comment/question. Yes, it would be nice
if, when the span on the panadaptor/waterfall is reduced, the stream
is resampled at a lower rate in order to reduce the width of the FFT
bins (same number of bins across the width of the display). Sounds
like a good feature request.
