Power SDR can only communicate with one other program using CAT. DDutil is a
smart router program that understands communicating with many programs and
devices concurrently. If you need to have more than one program talk to
PowerSDR then you need to put DDutil in the middle to properly replicate and
route messages between programs. Likewise DDutil can control devices using
the same information, e.g. band switch your amplifier and antennas while
talking to the logging program and your digital mode program.

Sounds like you need DDutil Michael.
