As a 5000 owner I am sorry to see this happen, but understand it. Gerald said that they have parts to continue servicing the 5000 and would continue with software updates. After all, they still produce the 1500 and 3000 which use Power SDR. Times change. After all, they don't produce the 1000 anymore but continue to support it. I have found Flex Radio very good on service and help, even on products they don't sell, like VAC.
