We should try to scratch only our own itch. Robin's DB is a great start,
but when it limits us it's not good enough anymore.
BUT, of course, Robin should be able to use our data as well, when he
likes to. So we could offer an DB enhancement and Robin can follow if he
wants to.

Sorry, I mixed the CGAL useage up with the FlightGear scenery designer.

But that doesn't change the perfect fit of a constrained delauney
triangulation for this case...
