I think adding more groups and keying off them is much easier - I don't have any experience of messing with the C++ side of Nasal yet. Of course, SGSubsystemGroup is /also/ a SGSubsystem, so there's no real problem if you want to add support for real dependencies - depending on a group is just the same as depending on a single subsystem!
