Perhaps Thunderbird is not a valid "default"?

I've just tried the same action on a solution in FM 6 which has been
used by another client with the correct Send Mail script, again it

Hi,
I've just tried to use the Send Mail option (FM 8.5) and while the
appropriate info is entered the command goes nowhere.
Do you have to link FM to your email first ?
Mac mini duo, OSX 10.4.5 , Thunderbird is my default email
I think I've tried most options including scripting with correct
linking to the required fields following the 'Help' list of actions.
