One file maybe, but not likely more than one IMO, too much of a
coincident I think. Unless, they are not part of the same solution.,
then maybe.
How long has this New Mac been the center of attention? Did the files
ever work on it?
Check the Fonts and see if the ones in the solution are actually
installed. i.e. Font Book.

I've never seen the strange things that are happening on a
layout in all
solutions.
When you click on a field or text in the layout normally, the
four black
dots denoting its location appear around the item. For some
inexplicable
reason and at varying times these four black dots are appearing
some 3
inches above the item selected. Its only started to happen over
the past 2
days.
If you then select 'Browse' and return to the layout and select
the same
field everything is fine. It doesn't seem to be a problem other
than having
to go back and forth from browse mode.
Anybody else ever experienced this anomaly
