I'm chiming in very late on this, but if you haven't solved the
problem, I'd suggest try this... turn the firewall off completely on
the server and see if the computers can see the files. It wigs out the
IT people, but it will tell you immediately if it's the firewall. Then
they can turn it back on and figure out what ports are blocked. Saves
a ton of time port-mapping if that's not the problem.
