Ivan,
have you upgraded this install with at least SP5? We had some
problems giving us the same message on new installs the engineers had done
themselves. Turns out they were not installing the service packs, installed
SP5 problem went away. There seems to be some library incompatibility
somewhere between SP2 (CD install) and SP5 & Sp6.
