Hey, Ian:

Thanks for the link.  It's not the read-only attribute.  I think I may have
too many libs in the list already.  The KB article says the limit is
"around" 60 for 99SE.  Around?  They don't know exactly how many libs it can
handle?  Does that mean their array of file pointers is "around" 60 elements
in size?
