You might also try this...
Open your Registry Start-->Run>Regedit
Then go to HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT
Find the Key marked .lib
Export it to a registry file(so you can replace it if it doesn't help)
Highlight the key then Registry-->Export Registry file
Then delete that key.
Now try the library again... it might work... this fixed it for a few of
these issues in the past... and it shouldn't hurt anything by removing this
key.
If it doesn't help double-click on the registry file you made to put it back
in.
Let me know if this does it or not.
