Not quite - the text-mode IDE doesn't invoke fpc.exe binary (it has the compiler built-in) and it passes the options as defined in the respective IDE dialogs.
Thanks Tomas for correcting me. I wasn't 100% sure about the behaviour of a compiled-in compiler.
