This has switched state. Clicking on the maps works when the import options are not open, but not if they are. Since the maps are visible in both cases, one expects clicks to work for both. This is pretty minor though. The real problem I am worried about are these auto-generated rivers. Have a look at the Australia map with the new rivers. The bit near the middle of the south coast is pretty nasty (and I live about there!). I think it would be better not to make those triangular filling shapes when there is a river intersection. Of course the situation there is all the worse due to the mysterious non- existent river that comes in through the desert from Western Australia, but I can cheerfully leave editing the Australia map to someone who cares.
