Sounds good. So the known save format changes are: - grand unified production - ID -> id - various enumerations currently serialized as upper case go to lower case - as yet undetermined fixes for the `disappearing settlement' problem 2 and 3 have trivial backwards compatibility--- we just accept both cases during 0.11.x. 4 is unknown as yet, and not going to happen until the serialization clean up and compatibility code removal occurs. > By the way, should I chuck out any 0.9.x compatibility code I find along > the way? My plan was to finish the serialization clean up without disturbing the compatibility code just in case something in it is actually vital. So I would default to leaving it in for now.
