This is a fundamental and necessary feature that people need the option to
have. It isn't bloat since it's very small and simple to implement. Fred
isn't just the reference implemenation, it's the implementation that
everyone is using. People are being scanned by Mediaenforcer and send
cease and desist letters right now. They should have the option to rejects
connections from unknown nodes. Now that people are having their ability
to run a Freenet node threatened they're going to start asking for this
feature and if we don't have it we're going to start loosing node runners.
This should most definitely go in the main branch.
