Hi Doug! Thank you very much for your reply. I made the fsgd file in a plain-text file using the textedit program on a Mac and when that didn't work I tried modifying in the terminal window using: nano -w g4v1.73.fsgd. This also didn't solve the problem. I am not sure what to try next.
