Could I get support for using animated GIFs or MPEG loops in the
backgrounds in 2.0, please?  I've got a great idea for my current 16:9
skin "LavaLamp" which I don't think will work in the 1.x.x series.  I'm
thinking of animating the Lava Lamp itself.  Of course, allowing for
animated backgrounds would also make things like mini-aquariums and
such possible.  

Just a thought...
