I have never managed to get SR working from behind ADSL. Admittedly I haven't tried since migrating from 4.1 to NG AI.
I was told once that certain ports needed to be opened up on the ADSL router but I don't know which, and getting end users to attempt that seems probably futile anyway. I would love to know if anyone has succeeded with SR R55 or R56 back to NG AI R55?
